The Blue Peak Constructions team completed a road extension on Hepburn Road for Manningham City Council. The road reconstruction works consisted of 1200m2 of new asphalt road, 300m of concrete kerb, 100m of concrete shared footpath, one splitter island, drainage and pits, one roundabout and raised platform. An all round great local project.
For Stonnington City Council, we completed the reconstruction of Union Street in Windsor. This project included drainage, reconstruction of bluestone kerb, construction of driveways and footpath, full depth pavement reconstruction, line marking and subgrade improvement. We also had to manage residents, deal with pedestrians and traffic, and liaise with service authorities.
Another Stonnington City Council project saw us complete the road construction of Derby Street in Armadale. The scope of the road reconstruction works included 210m of road construction including bluestone kerb & channel, drainage, pits, concrete crossovers, concrete footpath, sections of full depth pavement and asphalt overlay. To finish it all off, we installed instant turf on all nature strips.
For the Joy Street road works our team completed 170m of road construction. This included bluestone kerb & channel, drainage, pits, rain gardens, concrete crossovers, asphalt footpath, sections of full depth pavement and asphalt overlay.
The Glen Eira City Council engaged Blue Peak Constructions to construct the Glen Huntly Park carpark entrance (stage 1). The works called for the relocation of the park’s entrance by demolishing the existing roadway and the new construction of a full depth pavement. The final works involved 300m2 full depth pavement, 100m kerb & channel, 180m2 beige-coloured shared path, irrigation, electrical conduits, and planting to finish off the carpark area.
