Ballam Reserve Carpark, Frankston City Council

This expansive carpark construction project includes:
- 180m of bluestone kerb and concrete channel
- 120m2 of concrete footpath (exposed aggregate)
- 1200m2 of topsoil and hydroseeding
- 1270m2 of 170mm Crushed rock road subbase and 100mm Crushed rock road base
- 1270m2 of 40mm asphalt wearing course (125 tonne), soft spot treatment
Plus earthworks, associated drainage, line-marking and tactile, plus signage.

Central Reserve Carpark, Monash City Council

A true example of a carpark project with a broad scope of works was the Central Reserve Carpark. This was the construction of a 1,800m2 carpark for sixty-one parking bays, where additional works were included:
- 200m concrete kerb and channel
- 80m2 (up to 900mm depth) rain garden
- 600 plants
- 100m2 concrete paving
- 170 tonnes asphalt
Plus electrical conduits for lighting, pits and drainage, landscaping, rock wall construction and timber bollards.

Civil Construction Contractors In Melbourne

Beleura Private Hospital Carpark, Mornington Peninsula

A car park extension including major drainage works saw this exciting project come together, completed underneath the overhead building. Including:
- 320m of 300mm storm-pro drainage pipe
- thirty pits, SPEL drainage chambers and one detention tank.
- 2445m2 of 190mm and 150mm Class 3 and Class 2 crushed rock
- 809m of concrete kerb and channel
- 553 tonnes of asphalt.
Lastly, to finish the carpark, wheel stops and bollards were installed.

Yarraman Oaks Primary School, Dandenong

For the City of Greater Dandenong, the carpark construction at the Yarraman Oaks Primary School included:
- earthworks
- a 90m of kerb and channel
- 400 tonnes of crushed rock
- 70 tonnes of asphalt
Plus drainage and pits, retaining walls, bollards, signage and line marking.
