Centenary Park in Bentleigh East saw Blue Peak Constructions engaged to improve the park’s infrastructure. The works included 25m of 300mm diameter drainage, the construction of nine pits including the modification of existing drainage pits, 415m2 of concrete paving 150mm thick with mesh, 60m v-channel, the removal and replacement of fencing, installation of street furniture, a retaining wall and tactile ground surface indicators (TGSIs).
Situated in Busy Central Dandenong, this project involved extensive traffic management, kerb reconstruction and 500m2 of Faux brick stencil pattern. Concrete faux brick was chosen to match the brick paving in the surrounding area, but without the complication of tripping hazards that standard brick pavements can develop over time.
